Are there lock-in contracts?
You do not have to lock-in to a long term contract with us. We are very flexible in the way we work with our clients. You can either work with us on a monthly basis, a three-monthly basis or even an ad hoc basis if this is what your brand requires.
Are you just a content agency or can you take the entire advertising process off my hands?
We are Australia's leading end-to-end advertising agency for beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands. What this means is some of our clients opt for us to just produce advertising content for them, others hand their business' entire advertising process over to us (from creative to ad distribution & management). Which option is right for your business is entirely up to you and your business' needs.
How can you have a database of 2000+ creators - that seems like a lot?
Within our agency we have a talent team that is solely devoted to scouting and hiring creative talent. Unlike most other content agencies, our database of creative talent has been built with our beauty, fashion and lifestyle clients in mind. This has allowed us to establish a network with the best content creators, models and actors in those industries.
How do you choose your creators?
Most of our agency have been working in beauty, fashion and lifestyle marketing for 5+ years. This has allowed us to form an understanding of what to look for in a content creator. It is also very important to us that we are able to form a good professional relationship with the talent we use in our client's ads. This allows us to maintain greater control over the creative process and therefore the quality of the final deliverable.
Do I own the ads that you make for me?
We do not license the usage of any ads we create for your brand. This means that all ads delivered to you are 100% your intellectual property and you, therefore, have freedom to use the ads however you like with no time-limitations on usage.
Do you have creative facilities where you make your ads?
Yes, our office in Sydney, Australia contains a state-of-the-art creative loft studio that we use to create high-converting content for our clients. This allows us to balance native creative forms with more refined studio shoots.
Do I need to post products out to each of the creators?
You have two options when it comes to sending your products to creators. You can either simply ship the bulk lot of product to our office and we’ll handle the rest, or we can supply you with a send-out list which includes all of the addresses to send your products to. It's entirely up to you!
Do I need to pay the creators on top of the fees i'm paying you to create my ads?
No you definitely do not! Our fees are set and all talent expenses are covered with in our fees.
