We rebuilt the engine. Static visuals were replaced with scroll-stopping video. We tested creative angles and offers fast, refined targeting and sequencing, and implemented a full-funnel strategy across Meta and Google. Crucially, we introduced a clear, data-driven reporting structure that linked ad spend to financial outcomes. The results spoke for themselves: a 6.8x average ROAS, a 37% reduction in new customer acquisition costs, a 52% increase in online store revenue year-over-year, and a 28% drop in CPC.
