Do I own my own assets and ad account data?
Yes! We will never run ads from any account other than your own (we consider it criminal when agencies do this). You also own all creative assets we produce for you.

Where is your team located?
We are based in Surry Hills, Australia. Our entire team works out of our studio in Surry Hills and we do not outsource or off-shore any work.

I am just starting out, is Buttr able to help me grow?
You will be shocked to hear that even as an agency, we believe small brands should, where possible, learn to run their own ads. Who will be on my account?
We arm all client accounts with an advertising pod - consisting of a Performance Marketing Strategist, Creative Strategist and Designer & Editor. We do not hire juniors and our strategists all have experience working in Australia’s largest eCommerce brands or preeminent agencies.

What Creative formats can you produce?
We have full-spectrum creative capabilities, spanning from UGC & Tiktok creative production, high-production campaign shoots and eCommerce/lifestyle photography shoots. We partner with many brands as their appointed creative agency - meaning we work month-to-month on creative production and design and editing in order to increase ad performance.

Do you do email marketing?
We sure do! We undertake email marketing campaigns and both simple and complex automations builds that decrease advertising costs and improve the overall growth marketing process.

How much does it cost to work with Buttr?
Our prices are based on the strategy required to help a brand achieve their goals and start from AUD $2000 per month scaling up to AUD $30,000 per month where we have been appointed as the lead marketing agency for our large/enterprise level clients. But don’t be shy! Booking a call will allow us to work out how we can help - whether that is joining our incubator program, working with you across a full-integrated growth strategy, or even just some advice on a discovery call.

Is there a lock in term?
Over the past couple of years, we have found that the best long-term relationships are those built on trust and not long-term contracts. For this reason, we are happy to work with our clients on a rolling basis, with no minimum term.
