Nature of Relationship

At a high level, these terms govern the talent agency agreement between Buttr Marketing and you, the Talent/Performer. Buttr acts as your agent—not your employer. This means we help secure work opportunities and manage negotiations on your behalf.

Payment Terms

Buttr Marketing will release payment to you only after the client has paid us. While we request prompt payment (typically within 7 days of invoicing), in practice, brands and agencies may take longer, especially in advertising. For transparency:

  • Payment is typically received 2 to 4 weeks after delivery.
  • Payments are processed every Wednesday prior to the invoice deadline.

Please ensure your bank details on the invoice are up to date, as all payments are transferred to your nominated account.
